"My experience with IDR. Near the end of 2004 I was deep in debt & behind on all my payments. I had to sell my house and my vehicles were reposed. I was contacted by IDR about repaying an outstanding balance of a loan to my Credit Union. They were polite, understanding and very patient. IDR worked with me to set up a repayment schedule.

After a few months I had an opportunity to buy a property. IDR negotiated a settlement with my credit Union. Unfortunately my poor credit rating prevented me from qualifying for a new mortgage. I contacted IDR, even though they did not have any interest financially, they took the time to help me raise my credit score. With their help, I was able to qualify for a new mortgage. IDR even showed me how to dispute & monitor my credit score on line with the credit reporting agencies.

Almost going bankrupt was a very trying and frustration experience for me. But with IDR’s help I am back on my financial feet and doing alright."
